These tenders included civil works, Internal Electrification, Procurement of dairy equipment’s, Erection and commissioning of dairy equipment’s etc. He Implemented new projects in the plants viz SFM plant in PP bottles at Milk Plant, Rohtak and Fermented Milk & amp; Milk Products plant at Milk Plant, Jind in the year 2018. Vendor Development: Evaluation of potential suppliers for Milk Plants. Team Management: Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market. Notable Achievements Various projects got prepared, approved and executed for creation of new infrastructure for Milk Producers Cooperative Societies, Milk Plants and Vita milk booths through Central and State Government schemes for improving procurement, processing and marketing of milk. Under the Central Government Scheme, National Programme for Dairy Development (NPDD) Rs.1423.39 lakh was sanctioned in last four years. Under the Central Sector The scheme, Dairy Infrastructure and Development Fund (DIDF), project for automation of milk plants and for expansion of powder plant from 10 MT to 15 MT at Milk Plant Sirsa was approved at a total outlay of Rs. 5421.25 lakh. Launching of A2 Desi Cow Milk by Chief Minister, Haryana in July 2016. Implementation of various schemes for the welfare of the milk producers. IT projects viz. Online Dairy Management System for different work modules for Milk Plants/Federation, e-commerce Website/mobile app for online sale, a mobile app for real-time tracking of marketing/procurement field staff. Implemented ISO: 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 standard at Milk Plant Sirsa Implemented new milk chilling plants in Rajasthan for increasing milk procurement. Sirsa milk plant touched peak procurement to 285000 lit/day in year Jan 2012 Milk procurement increased from 49000lit/day(1994-95) to 210000 lit/day(2011- 12)yearly average Ensured emphasis on preventive maintenance than the breakdown maintenance Oil fired boiler converted to pet coke/ husk & installed water wall to increase capacity and efficiency In the refrigeration section, PHE condenser and evaporator installed to take the extra heat Load Implemented various energy-saving and energy substitution projects. Launched various indigenous milk products like Dahi, Lassi, Kaju Pinni and Milk cake. Training Abroad: Have attended training to Denmark & The United Kingdom sponsored by the Department of Non-Conventional Energy Sources, Ministry of Energy (Govt. of India) for the entitled project; Solar Chilling of Milk; Installed one Milk Chilling Centre of capacity 5000 litres of milk per day at Bilaspur, which is totally based on solar energy. Cleared Energy Auditor examination conducted by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Energy (Govt. of India) in the year 1995. I am a certified Energy Auditor to conduct energy surveys of industries. Have implemented many schemes and modification to reduce power and fuel cost.
